Due to the perishable nature of our premium meat products, we cannot accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your order. If your delivery does not meet our high standards for quality or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Return Process

Upon delivery, immediately check your items to ensure the vacuum seals are intact and the product is still frozen or cold to the touch.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any damage or quality concerns, take clear photos of the product and the shipping box, including the shipping label.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team at support@goodranchers.com with your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and provide a replacement shipment or a store credit to ensure you receive the quality meat you paid for.
